Daughter has trouble falling asleep.

Hello friends. My fourteen year old daughter is having trouble falling asleep since six months ago. Its come to a point where she does dose off for around two hours but she jolts awake and cant go back to sleep until its morning. Does anyone know what I can do to help her sleep?

Hello, there are many illnesses related to this condition and I don’t think any of us in this forum with be able to come with a diagnosis. Youll need to see a gp for this condition to be treated well. However, I recommend that you try having your daughter drink chamomile tea and take melatonin. For melatonin, youll have to do a bit of research. Ill attach a few links so you can read and figure out what dosage you want your daughter to have.
